- Payment Plan: Customers have the option to pay their bill for booking Groove DJs through weekly interest-free installments.
- Duration: The payment plan extends up to a maximum period of 6 months.
- Full Payment Prior to Event: It is a prerequisite that the entire invoice amount must be paid in full before the scheduled event.
- Interest-Free: No interest charges will be applied to the weekly installments.
- Payment Schedule: Customers are required to adhere to the agreed-upon weekly payment schedule until the invoice amount is settled completely.
- Booking Confirmation: The booking for Groove DJs will be confirmed only upon receipt of the first installment payment.
- Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation, any payments made up to that point are non-refundable.
- Late Payments: Late or missed payments may result in additional fees or penalties as per our standard terms and conditions.
- Modifications: Any modifications to the payment plan must be communicated and agreed upon by both parties in writing.
- Legal Obligations: By entering into this payment plan, customers acknowledge their legal obligation to fulfill the agreed-upon payments.
